Sync or Swim (Drill to get you golf swing in "sync")

My experience has shown me that a number of golf swing issues can be corrected just by getting your swing in sync.  If the lower body gets too active, you could be headed for disaster.  While you do want to engage the lower body, you want to do it responsibly.

This is a great drill which is easy to perform and will provide amazing results.
